Every plan comes with the same guarantee.
The free plan is not a trial and the durability guarantee is not an upsell. What you pay for is the number of sites you run, and being told within the hour when one of them stops sending.

AI spam scoring
The spam gate catches automated blasts on every plan. This reads what gets through. Filtering starts the moment it is on, with nothing to write: a model judges whether a submission is an unsolicited pitch, and a pitch is held in your spam bucket rather than delivered, one click from being restored. Each form can also say which approaches it welcomes. Or a form can score relevance instead, against a sentence you write saying what it is for, and then nothing is ever held back unless you write a rule saying it should be. One or the other per form, never both. Switched on per account, on any paid plan.
+$5/mo
Or $60 a year, which is the same money: the add-on is the one line we do not discount annually.
Flat, including 1,000 scored submissions a month. Past that, scoring stops and your mail keeps going out.

Pricing questions
What happens when I go over the submission allowance?
Nothing is refused. The submission is still accepted, stored and counted; it is held rather than delivered, and it goes out when the month rolls over or you move up a plan. Spam never counts against the allowance.
Why is Studio priced on accounts rather than forms?
Because somebody running eight client sites does not want eight forms in one account. They want eight accounts, so one client’s destinations, team and unread counts stay away from another’s. Studio is unlimited accounts; the submission allowance is pooled across all of them.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It does not expire and it has the same durability guarantee as the paid plans. It is limited on accounts, forms and volume, not on whether your enquiry survives.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in the console, and it takes effect immediately. Moving up releases anything that was being held over the old allowance.
Do I need a card to start?
Not for the free plan. Paid plans take a card at signup and bill in advance, monthly or annually; cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the current period running.
What is not included yet?
Custom sending domains, webhook and Slack delivery, and a contractual uptime guarantee. They are on the roadmap and are not charged for on any plan today.
