Built so an enquiry cannot go missing

Form submissions that never go missing between visitor and inbox.

Point your form’s action at ezform and we take it from there. There is nothing to install and no fields to declare up front, so you can add one, rename one or reorder them and the next enquiry still arrives. If mail is having a bad day, yours waits and goes out when it clears.

No card. 100 submissions a month on the free plan, kept whether or not you upgrade.

1Checked for spam and safely in our hands before your visitor sees a thank-you.
2Matched against your rules to work out which inboxes it belongs in.
3Sent to each one, with every attempt and outcome written down.
4Watched continuously, so anything that stalls is picked back up automatically.

Drops into any site that can serve an HTML form

Everything that happens after someone hits submit.

Four things happen to every submission that reaches us. Not one of them is allowed to lose it.

Inbox: every submission, keptWireframe

Retrying
Stored
Stored

Wireframe stands in for a console screenshot.

Change one URL and you are done.

There is nothing to install and nothing to run on your server. Point the form at us and your existing HTML carries on working.

Attempt log

Find out why a delivery took four tries instead of one.

Every attempt is logged with what came back from it, so a lead that arrived late comes with an explanation rather than a shrug.

Spam gate

Automated blasts are caught before they reach your inbox.

Bots give themselves away and their submissions are filed as spam instead of delivered. Real visitors never notice it and are never asked to solve a puzzle.

No JavaScript

Change one attribute in the HTML you have already written.

Set the form’s action to your endpoint URL. There is no SDK, no bundle and no rebuild, and the form keeps working with JavaScript turned off.

The first form we pointed at it was our own.

Our own forms run on exactly the service you would be buying: same endpoint, same plan limits, no internal shortcut. If anything about accepting, routing or delivering a submission goes wrong, it goes wrong on our forms first.

Why we built it →

Nothing lost

Once an enquiry reaches us, nothing that happens next can lose it.

No duplicates

Retrying is safe. Nobody is ever sent the same enquiry twice.

Fixes itself

Anything that stalls part-way is spotted and finished without you asking.

Change the form freely

No fields to declare. Add one, rename one, reorder them: the next enquiry still arrives.

Priced on how many sites you run, not on how much you send.

Durability, the spam gate and verified destinations are in every plan, including the free one. Solo adds an alert when a form stops sending; Studio adds routing rules and CSV export.

Frequently asked questions

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, email support@ezform.io and we will get back to you.

    • What happens if a delivery fails?

Your enquiry is already safe with us, so nothing is lost. We keep trying, and anything that stalls part-way is spotted and finished without you having to ask. A bad day at the mail provider delays an enquiry rather than losing it.

    • Do I need JavaScript?

No. Set the form’s action to your endpoint URL and the browser posts it for you. The form still works with JavaScript turned off.

    • What if I change the form?

Change it freely. There is nothing to declare up front and nothing to keep in sync, so adding a field, renaming one or reordering them does not break anything. The next enquiry arrives with whatever the form sent.

    • Can notifications come from my own domain?

Not yet. Mail is sent from our domain today and replies go to the address the visitor entered. Custom sending domains are planned and are not part of the current plans.

    • What do you do about spam?

Automated submissions give themselves away and are filed as spam instead of delivered. Your visitors never notice it and are never asked to solve a puzzle.

    • Can I export my submissions?

Yes. Paid plans export to CSV, and every field the visitor sent is included. Your data is not held hostage by the plan you are on.

    • What if I go over the submission allowance on my plan?

Nothing is refused. The submission is still accepted, stored and counted; it is held rather than delivered, and it goes out when the month rolls over or you move up a plan.

    • How is this different from the form tool I use now?

Most of them treat your enquiry as an email and nothing more. If the email fails, the enquiry is gone and the only clue is silence. We hold on to it, keep trying, and tell you when a form has stopped sending.

    • Does it work with a static site?

Yes, and that is the common case. There is nothing to run on your server, so a plain HTML form on Astro, Hugo, Jekyll, Eleventy or a hand-written page posts to us directly.

    • How do I migrate from another form backend?

Change the action URL and confirm your destination address by email. Your existing field names carry over unchanged, so the rest of the form stays as it is.
