Documentation

ezform is a form backend. You post a form to one endpoint, it stores the submission before anything else can go wrong, and it emails it to whoever should read it. There is no SDK to install and no API key to manage.

Getting started

Create a form in the console and it gives you two things: a form ID, which goes in the URL you post to, and the name of a honeypot field, which goes in your markup as a hidden input. Add the origin your form is served from to the form's allowlist, and you are done.

Your stack

The form is the same everywhere, because it is a plain HTML form posting to a URL. What differs is where the markup lives and which origins you have to allow, so there is a page for each: Astro, Next.js, Hugo, Jekyll, Eleventy and Webflow.
